Melanie W. Racine
Melanie W. Racine is Director of Special Projects and has worked for BHCHP since 2014 focusing on project planning and management, analysis, and strategic communications. Prior to BHCHP, Melanie was a Presidential Management Fellow with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC, within HUD’s Office of Strategic Planning and Management and its Office of HIV/AIDS Housing. She also previously served as a CDC Foundation Fellow researching multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. She is a student in the Doctor of Public Health program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Previously she earned a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, with a concentration in behavioral sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Human Biology from Brown University.
