Fay Khudairi is a public health nurse passionate about working with underserved communities in Boston. She graduated from UMass Amherst with a BSN and certificates in Medical Spanish and Culture, Health, and Society in 2016. Fay has been practicing as a nurse at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program since 2018. She has volunteered with local organizations to advocate and implement sustainability practices including leading the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center's Green Team initiative and speaking and serving on the board of Earth Day Boston. Fay completed her MPH and MSN at Johns Hopkins University in 2021 where she worked on the redesign of street-based health care delivery for unhoused persons who inject drugs and developing an evaluation plan for low barrier women’s programming. She joined the Institute in 2022 as a Nurse Project Manager. She loves graphic novels, learning languages, traveling, and enjoys anything outdoors.
