BHCHP's Staff and Leadership

BHCHP is made up of more than 300 demographically and professionally diverse people with the depth of experience to ensure the vision, strength, stability and strategic development of the organization. The program's strength stems from their talents and commitment.

We are workers...physician assistants...nurse practitioners...psychiatrists...mental health hygienists...administrative staff...building maintenance...and food services.

All health care services are provided by paid clinical staff. Each BHCHP doctor, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant is fully credentialed at one or more academic teaching hospitals. Additionally, our doctors are on the teaching faculty of Harvard University, Boston University and Tufts Medical Schools.

In an effort to adapt to the changing face of the health care system, BHCHP has a leadership structure that promotes a balance between internal and external leadership.

BHCHP's Executive Team provides internal leadership for day-to-day operations.

BHCHP's Board of Directors sets strategic directions, oversees major initiatives and ensures the financial health of the organization.

BHCHP's Consumer Advisory Board provides valuable feedback to the organization from the patients' perspective.

BHCHP's Philanthropic Advisory Council provides leadership and sound oversight to BHCHP's fundraising initiatives.

BHCHP's Emerging Leaders serve to increase BHCHP's visibility among young professionals in Boston and to create fun, innovative ways for BHCHP to solicit donations of products, funds, and other resources.
